Much of what we cook begins close to home.
We work with local fishermen along the Lofoten coast and trusted regional producers, choosing ingredients with care and respect for seasonality. Fresh, high-quality products form the foundation of our kitchen β€” grounded in place and shaped by the rhythm of the sea.

Tender shredded beef sirloin, slow-cooked for 18 hours in dark beer and warm spices, served on our homemade guacamole

SALMON IN HOUSE PINK SAUCE

Norwegian salmon with a bright and silky house-made pink sauce of pistachio, white chocolate and gentle chilli. Served with roasted vegetables and golden potatoes

SLOW-COOKED BEEF RIB IN HOUSE EMBER SAUCE

Beef ribs, finished with our house ember sauce – warming and full-bodied, enriched with nuts, cacao, a touch of cinnamon and mild chilli. Served with roasted vegetables and golden potatoes

THE WHALE STEAK

Tender whale steak served with a rich mushroom and onion sauce, accompanied by roasted vegetables and a baked potato, finished with a touch of cranberryΒ 

CATCH OF THE DAY

Fresh wild fish from the waters of Lofoten, topped with a creamy herb butter. Served with roasted vegetables and crispy potatoes

OVEN-BAKED HALIBUT

Halibut served with a warm bacon vinaigrette, creamy mashed potatoes and spinach
